Payment can be made by zelle, cashapp, paypal, venmo, ach transfer(bank to bank), or credit card. In addition a $300 cash only damage deposit must be paid to the captain upon boarding the boat.  an additional cash only damage deposit may be required when booking directly through mdm charter services. Damage deposit will be returned if no damage or cleaning issues arise during the charter.

Our yacht charter is a 4 hour minimum. Byob cruise. All reservations must be made and paid in advance. Public ramp pick up and drop off only at Arrowhead Park Leg 1 in Hickory Creek TX. Liability waivers will be provided on site and must be signed by all passengers upon boarding. Children under the age of 16 must be identified in advance of boarding to insure proper size life vest are onboard. Anyone suffering from a medical condition that may be relevant during the course of the charter must sign a medical waiver. All charters are weather dependent and safety cancellations are at the discretion of the captain.

Classic Trip Packages:

• Charters are available 3 times a day on weekends. Evening charters on weekdays. Times vary.
• 4 HOUR CRUISE – 4 hour DAY (10AM TO 2PM, 3PM TO 7PM, 8PM TO MIDNIGHT OR LATER) trip from HICKORY CREEK to a destination of your choice or a slow cruise around the lake. 

Cost:

• Cost includes fuel, trip charge, generator use, crew salary, amenities, docking fees, and administrative fees. Sales taxes are ARE INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE.

BY BOARDING THIS COMMERCIAL VESSEL, YOU AND ANYONE IN YOUR PARTY IMMEDIATELY AGREE TO THESE TERM WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT.

THOUGH NOT CONCIDERED PART OF THE CREW – anyone boarding the vessel agrees to follow the ORDERS of the CAPTAIN OR COMMANDER. The CAPTAIN or COMMANDER shall have the option of terminating or canceling this charter any time that he/she deems necessary and for any reason without explanation, refund, monetary compensation, or liability to the charterer or guest of the charterer. Breach of contract IS IN EFFECT if the CAPTAIN determines that ANY CONDITIONS EXIST that could lead to potential damage, injury, criminal activity, safety issues, or malfeasance. If ORDERS issued by the CAPTAIN are not followed immediately by all guest aboard the vessel it will be considered a breach of contract and the CHARTER will be terminated IMMEDIATELY.  If the CHARTERER or his party are acting in a manner that puts themselves or others in danger; or could cause damage to themselves, the boat, the crew, other vessels, or equipment – the CAPTAIN has the authority to terminate the charter immediately and remove, OR HAVE REMOVED BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES any member of the party– OR THE WHOLE PARTY – at the nearest safe docking location. The nearest safe docking location may not be where you boarded. Parties removed will be financially responsible for their own transportation back to the original port of call. Removal from the vessel does not absolve you of potential litigation. SEXUAL HARRASSMENT OR TOUCHING MY CREW WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

DAMAGE, HARM, OR SEXUAL MISCONDUCT TO CREW OR GUEST WILL BE PROSOCUTED!

PAYMENTS and CANCELATIONS: It is understood that charter fees will be disbursed to the OWNER in the following manner: full payment of the charter fee plus delivery fees and other additional expenses as applicable will be paid upon booking. It is further understood that the OWNER considers 50% of the charter fee as a deposit and is non-refundable. Should the CHARTERER cancel more than 14 days before the charter term begins, funds will only be refunded under the following conditions: The total charter fee MINUS the Deposit (50% of charter fee + additional fees) will be refunded if the yacht is rebooked for the same period or portion thereof. If the CHARTERER cancels 14 DAYS or less prior to the charter, no refund of the contract funds will be made. If the OWNER cancels, the OWNER shall reimburse the CHARTERER for all fees paid as of that date.

WEATHER POLICY : We understand CHARTERS are booked with the expectation of sunshine and fair weather. But if the water conditions are safe and free of danger where a rental can still occur, canceling due to YOUR OPINION OF unsatisfactory weather does not necessarily mean a refund is warranted. The Owner will be flexible or understanding regarding weather cancellations. However, unless the Coast Guard issues an advisory or prohibits watercraft from going out on the water, any refund request for a weather cancellation will still need to be approved or authorized by the owner. We will try to work with a reschedule, if possible, within reason but please understand this boat is usually booked out 3 to 4 weeks in advance on the weekends. Weather can be fickle. In Texas the climate can be rain and then sunshine on and off throughout a single day. Foul weather can occur at the last minute and an understood risk in booking an experience that involves the outdoors. As with other cancellations, weather cancellations are subject to the owner’s cancelation policy. Owners will offer a full refund or a rescheduled date in cancelled 14 days in advance. However, we are entitled to request payment if it’s determined that the conditions are still safe to go out on the water. If weather becomes an issue and you want to cancel day of – AND ONLY IF APPROVED BY THE FLEET COMMANDER – there will be a minimum service fee of $500 even if a reschedule is authorized. There is a lot of work that goes into prepping this boat for any charter and my weekday office and dock staff still require payment.
